The Most Breathtaking Waterfalls of Northeast India

Vantawng Falls

Located in the state of Mizoram, this waterfall is about 750 feet high and drops as an incredible triple header into a rocky gorge.

Nohkalikai Falls

At a height of 1115 feet, Nohkalikai Falls is the tallest plunge waterfall in India. The waterfall is located near Cherrapunji and is one of the most beautiful ones around.

Kynrem Falls

Kynrem Falls is three-tiered waterfalls located 12 kilometres from Cherrapunji in East Khasi Hills district. At 1001 feet, it is the 7th highest waterfall in India.

Nohsngithiang Falls

Also known as the Seven Sisters Waterfalls, this is another wonder that Meghalaya has to offer. The waterfall has an average width of 70 meters and plunges from a height of 315 meters.

Langshiang Falls
